Return Eligibility
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

We do not accept returns that fall outside of these conditions, so please handle garments with care while trying them on.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] with a photo of the issue and your order details. We will gladly correct the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
